Storage History
Track folder growth with local snapshots and compare changes over time.
Open Storage → Storage History and choose a folder to track. Capture a snapshot to record folder sizes, then return later to compare growth.
Compare snapshots
Choose an earlier Before and a later After snapshot. Comparisons require complete snapshots with the same volume, folder, and exclusions. Capacity estimates appear when enough comparable data is available.
Automatic tracking
Configure daily snapshots and growth or low-space alerts for a tracked folder. Kudu must be running for automatic tracking. Global exclusions also apply to snapshots.
Local records
Snapshots contain folder names and size metadata, not file contents. History is kept locally for up to 90 days, within a 250 MB metadata budget. Deleting history removes these records, not the tracked folder's files.
