How device billing works
What counts as a device
Any Windows machine running the Kudu agent that has connected in the last 30 days.
Automatic pausing
Devices offline for 30+ days are automatically paused and stop counting toward billing.
Real-time sync
Device counts sync to Stripe hourly. You only pay for what you use.
Minimum seats
Paid plans require a minimum of 10 seats — you're billed for whichever is higher: active devices or 10.
